Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

We are committed to protecting your privacy in line with the National Privacy Principles of Australia. We view the personal privacy of our clients as a very important issue, and as such, we are committed to the protection of your personal information. This privacy policy is provided to make you generally aware of how we collect, use and manage personal information we receive.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1.  The Promoter is Unique Health Products Pty Ltd (ABN: 49107 611 272)

ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

  1. The competition is open to Australian residents only. Each entrant must be following the ACURE Australia Instagram account, like the giveaway post and have tagged 3 friends by the time the prize is drawn. Entrants can enter as many times as they like.
  2. Employees of Unique Health Products or anyone else connected with the Competition or the Promoter may not enter the competition.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Promoter, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of the Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.

PRIZE DETAILS AND JUDGING

  1. One winner will be chosen from the selection of eligible entrants to receive the prize.
  2. This is a game of chance. No purchase is necessary. All entries will be entered into a random winner generator and the prize winner will be selected at random. The promoter will not accept responsibility for entries not submitted by the closing time and date of the competition. Entries close December 21, at 11:59pm AEST.
  3. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and in the comments of the giveaway on December 22 2025.

STANDARD TERMS

  1. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
  2. Unique Health Products accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you because of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Unique Health Products further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Unique Health Products for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation because of its negligence.
  3. Unique Health Products reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Unique Health Products in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  4. All entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Unique Health Products Pty Ltd and Instagram from any and all liability in relation to this This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  5. Entrants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
